Known as 'LDS Charities' around the world, it gives 100% of all its proceeds to humanitarian aid. I just think this is awesome!
He said that $9 pays for someone to have drinking water, like $86 paid for a wheelchair, and then a bunch of other stuff in between those ranges.
The church has really helped out a lot throughout the world and it just makes me grateful to be a member!!!

Thanks for sharing! I've always been so surprised at just how much the church does. I mean, you hear about all the "big stuff" like Hurricane Katrina, but its all the "little" causes that don't reach the headlines that often need our help more than anything. And the church is always there :)
